2010 Sure Thing- Symphony Blend 750ml
2010 yields were lower than in typical years, due in part to early season weather conditions and crop thinning near season's end. That being said, the harvest delivered high quality fruit, with characteristics of full phenolic ripeness, concentrated flavors and balance. You sense that this is a Muscat hybrid at first swirl. Once in the mouth anticipate spiced tree fruits and green apricot that are sweet at first and finish with a soft tartness reminiscent of grapefruit. Fresh seafood or shellfish in the raw bar would be the call for the day to create a perfect symphony.
