They are all from central Sicily from the organic farm of Gangi Dante at the base of the Madonie Mountains adjacent to the protected reserve of the Madonie Park. Organic Sicilian Chili Flakes, 250 grams

These chili flakes are made from the same chili as the Long Dried Red Chilies. They are ready for every manner of preparation – grilled chicken is wonderful with them sprinkled on top, spinach just cries out for them and what would your takeout pizza be without really great dried chili flakes.

Organic Long Dried Red Chilies – Piccante and Dolce (hot and sweet), 250 grams

These chilies possess a good kick but are sweet and very flavorful. They are perfect for dropping whole in any stew or braised dish.

Organic Very Hot Very Small Dried Chilies, 250 grams

These are called diavoletti, little devils.  They are very small and very powerfull, but they have an incomparable smoky, kind of paprika aroma. Very delicious use with discretion.  One or two in a pan making your spaghetti vongole is perfect.
