2011 Ultimo Beso, California Red Wine Blend 750ml 6-Pack
Made in a full-bodied style with mouth watering balance, the wine is full of spicy cloves and blackberry fruit. This is a wine that will go will with a cigar on a summer evening. It will also go well with any style pastas or barbequed dishes.
A fruit forward Zinfandel and Port based blend, accentuating California's best varieties. The Zinfandel brings a fruit forward beginning to the wine, while the Port varieties makes up the full-bodied finish. With only the Zinfandel and Port varieties, we have what I call a do-nut wine, with the center still needing to be developed. The Barbera is the perfect bridging component to fill out the wine and make it complete.

Made in a semi-dry style with mouth watering balance, the wine is full of spicy orange and honeydew melon fruit. It will go well with light style pastas, fish or chicken. Nice hot tub wine!
Scott Harvey has always loved producing Alsatian style blend. The Symphony brings a fruit forward beginning to the wine, while the Chardonnay makes up the full-bodied finish. With only the Symphony and Chardonnay, we have what I call a donut wine, with the center still needing to be developed. The Riesling is the perfect bridging component to fill out the wine, and make it complete.
Vineyard/Vintage Notes: This optical illusion label represents a “Kiss”. We planned to name it simply Kiss, but the band “kiss already has their own label and this would infringe on their trademark. With Spanish being a widely spoken language, we named it “First Kiss” in Spanish.
