2012 Sawtooth Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Grown, Snake River Valley

Medium bodied with developed notes of boysenberry, coriander, and clove. Lingering fruit marries with oak and medium tannins on the finish. Pairs well with steaks, creamy cheeses, and buttery sauces. This is a young wine and will do well with time as the tannins soften and the fruit ages.

Vintage Notes: 2012 was a great vintage for the red varietals. It was a warm vintage from start to finish and the fruit loved it. We had several varietals stand out as reserves due to the intensity and complexity of the fruit and resulting wine.
