2010 Dominatrix Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 750ml

2010 yields were lower than in typical years, due in part to early season weather conditions and crop thinning near season's end. That being said, the harvest delivered high quality fruit, with characteristics of full phenolic ripeness, concentrated flavors and balance. Enjoy an early season crisp cherry bouquet with underlying black raspberries mingled with fresh earth on the palate. Fresh Pacific Salmon with sautéed Chanterelle mushrooms and Oregon white truffles may be the perfect date for this Dom.

2010 Naked Pinot Noir, Oregon 750ml 2-Pack

Distinct notes of caramel on the nose followed by a blast of blue raspberry snow cone with good tannic structure for a bigger pinot than is normally characteristic for the rogue valley fruit. Pair this pinot noir with a fettuccine alfredo or perhaps spaghetti carbonara.
