I don’t see what all the fuss is about.

This mineral water doesn’t taste quite right.

Stacy, you’re not gonna believe this. I got fired. AGAIN! THIS time they fired me over my mineral water.

“What? What the hell happened? They can’t do that, can they?”

No way! Don’t worry, I’ve already called a lawyer.

“Well what happened?”

I was sitting at my desk, enjoying some delicious mineral water, as I’m want to do, when that twit Murphy comes over and says something about ‘if I’m not even gonna try to hide it he has no choice.’ The nerve of that guy!

“They wanted you to hide your mineral water?”

Yeah! Can you believe it?

“What kind of mineral water were you drinking?”

Pellegrini!

“Pelle…grini? With an ‘I?’”

Of course! I picked up a Pellegrini Family Vineyards Mixed Case. Three bottles each of their North Coast Family Blend, 2009 Family Russian River Pinot Noir, 2009 Eight Cousins Zinfandel, and 2007 Cloverdale Ranch Merlot. I’ve gotta say, they’re the most delicious mineral water I’ve ever had. They have flavors like baked berries, loamy earth, rich chocolate, I swear each bottle’s better than the last.

“Steve, I think I see the problem.”

For our first Pellegrini Family Vineyards Pinot Noir bottling on the nose we were drawn to the aromas of aged balsamic drizzled over fresh strawberries – with a hint of crushed black pepper. Each sip of this Russian River Pinot Noir is full of vibrant acidity, baked berries and subtle undertones of dark loamy earth.

This wine is a vibrant and deeply colored black cherry red.  The nose exhibits an abundance of red fruit characters layered beneath, fall spices and lightly toasted oak.  The palate is richly textured with fine tannins for structure and weight.  There are hints of cabernet like currant flavors, ripe strawberries and a long finish reminiscent of cherry pie.
