Features
2008 Syrah, Pear Valley Vineyard 750ml 2-Pack
Blackberries and black cherries with cassis and toasty oak aromas are followed with blueberry, vanilla and a hint of wild mushrooms. Flavors of loganberry, blueberry and earth with hazelnut/pecan notes are wrapped around a core of fine tannins that support the fruit through a persistent finish.
2007 Syrah, Pear Valley Vineyard 750ml 2-Pack
The inky purple color showcases the intensity of the 2007 vintage. A powerful nose of boysenberry and plum, cedar, mushroom and saddle leather with accents of blueberry cobbler is reflected on the palate. Deftly balancing bright berry fruit with forest floor earthiness, this wine exemplifies what a ripe and balanced Syrah should be. This will be a memorable vintage as it develops over the next 5-6 years.
