Suuure It Is
We’re sure that naming the wine in this three pack the 2007 Forklift Grenache has nothing to do with drunken forklift races. Instead, we suspect the 2007 Forklift Grenache got its name from the joy the Meeker family takes in watching fully qualified forklift operators do their job, safely and carefully.
In the same way, the burst of tart cherries and rhubarb pie won’t be too overpowering or dangerous. It’s just perfectly blended, smooth and delicious, as easy as a driver who keeps his hands at 10 and 2 and never goes faster than the situation requires. After all, the 2007 Forklift Grenache is not a race… it’s a well-aged wine!
So if you happen to be some kind of forklift inspector, don’t you worry. The 2007 Forklift Grenache didn’t get it’s name from the uplifting feeling you get in every glass. Don’t be silly! It got its name because its boring and meets every safety checkpoint as written in the manual.
Honest. And you’ll never prove otherwise.
