Peach & Lavender Preserves, 8.3 oz
This is one of our favorites and is fast becoming a classic. These two subtle flavors mix perfectly to create a jam that is both mellow and distinctive.
Ingredients: Peaches, Sugar, Lavender Flower, Pectin
Apricot & Hibiscus Preserves, 8.3 oz.
Apricot & hibiscus flowers: The sweetly aromatic hibiscus counterbalances the acidity of the apricot to make a jam that tastes fresh without being too tart.
Ingredients: Apricots, Cane Sugar, Hibiscus, Fruit Pectin, Vanilla
Strawberry & Blackcurrant Cream Preserves, 8.3 oz
We use a high quality ‘Crème de Cassis’ (a black currant liqueur made by Massenez) imported from France to bring out the sweetness of our strawberries. The liqueur is put in early during the cooking so there is no alcohol left in the finished jam.
Ingredients: Strawberries, Cane Sugar, Black Currant Cream (liquor), Fruit Pectin
Blueberry Preserves, 8.3 oz
This is the first in our line of simpler preserves, but you will be surprised by the pure taste of the fruit. The flavor of a real, fresh blueberry is unmistakable.
Ingredients: Blueberries, Cane Sugar, Fruit Pectin
Black Mission Fig & Apricot Preserves, 8.3 oz
We mixed black figs and apricot to add a degree of tartness to the preserve. It works very well. Made with a limited amount of sugar, you can use this jam with goat cheese or chicken in sandwiches.
Ingredients: Apricot, Cane Sugar, Black Mission Fig, Fruit Pectin
Blackberry & Poppy Flower Preserves, 8.3 oz
Lots of blackberry and marionberry (a bigger, juicier variety native to Oregon). The poppy flower essence adds a lovely floral balance to the tartness of the berries.
Ingredients: Blackberries and Marionberries, Cane Sugar, Poppy Flower Flavor, Fruit Pectin

At my home in Brittany I would pick fresh berries in the summer, and apples and pears in the fall. My grandmother taught me how to make fresh preserves from recipes that were handed down from her mother. We cooked the fruit in a copper kettle to retain all its taste and nutritional qualities. Fruits and flavors were blended to produce naturally sweet preserves that were innovative and unique. My fondest memories revolve around the wonderful moments we shared tasting the delicious preserves we made in our modest kitchen.
