Maison de Monaco Black Mission Fig & Apricot 8.3 oz
We mixed black figs and apricot to add a degree of tartness to the preserve. It works very well. Suggestions: Use with goat cheese or chicken in sandwiches.
Maison de Monaco Peach & Lavender 8.3 oz
This is one of our favorites and is fast becoming a classic. These two subtle flavors mix perfectly to create a jam that is both mellow and distinctive. Suggestions: Serve it with yogurt, ice cream or pair it with a cream cheese.
Maison de Monaco Blueberry & Lemon Peel 8.3 oz
Our blueberry tastes like fresh and real blueberries. The lemon peel gives it depth. Suggestions: Yogurt, toasts.
Maison de Monaco Blackberry & Poppy Flower 8.3 oz
A classic preserve but with a twist. The poppy flower essence adds a lovely floral balance to the tartness of the berries. Suggestions: Use it with ice cream or in a peanut butter sandwich. But also in barbecue sauces, in salad dressing or in a vodka cocktail.
Maison de Monaco Raspberry & Violet 8.3 oz
While violets are known for their beautiful purple hues, their aroma is also distinctly floral and a perfect match for the tangy raspberry. Suggestions: Serve it with waffles, in a peanut butter sandwich or with a mild parmesan cheese.
Maison de Monaco Strawberry & Blackcurrant 8.3 oz
The blackcurrant brings out the sweetness of strawberries. It's a fantastic French recipe. We use a high quality ‘Crème de Cassis’ imported from France. The liqueur is put in early during the cooking so there is no alcohol left in the finished jam. Suggestions: Vanilla ice cream, toasts, yogurt or mixed in a glass of white wine.
