Cabernet Sauvignon is perfectly suited for the warm days and cool nights that Paso Robles offers. The resultant wine - with power and finesse - exhibits blackberry and black cherry accompanied by exotic spices. Fresh fruits and herbs are supported by rich structure, warm spice, mocha and structured oak. Although perfectly suited to current consumption, this wine will reward from careful aging.

Now due to popular demand these wines are available at exclusive locations across the country. These wines are “Island Style” -soft, supple and easy to drink. They pair perfectly with fresh and light tropical and Asian cuisine.
