Our 2010 vintage is the Willamette Valley of Oregon’s first kosher Pinot Noir. Aromas of raspberry and pomegranate lead the way to flavors of oriental tea, chocolate, black pepper, vanilla and a hint of maple syrup. A finish of spice and pepper will grow as this wine ages.
