2010 Ocean Reserve Blanc de Blancs 750ml 2-Pack
This cuvee is a blend of two Chardonnay clones - Clone 4 Hyde Old Wente from four different blocks on the estate. The dosage for this wine is 16 mls of our 2008 Rued Clone Chardonnay, 28 Brix (ie. enough sugar to raise the RS to .70g/100ml)
Tasting Notes: By nose, orange zest, Tahitian lime and minerality. By mouth, lime, tangerine and autolysed yeast on the finish.
