Toast the Year of The Rooster – the 10th sign in the Chinese zodiac, with a new, delicious, limited production Sparkling Wine. Chinese New Year is January 28. Years of the Rooster include 1933, 1945, 1957 (for those turning 60), 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005, 2017 (for those expecting babies). Roosters are said to be trustworthy and punctual. Something to crow about!
By nose: baked apple, honey, toasted almond and orange zest. Rich and creamy mouthfeel.

Food Pairing Notes: Pairs beautifully with the diverse flavors and textures of Chinese Cuisine - spicy Singapore style noodles, Mongolian beef, roast duck, chow mein, pot stickers, walnut shrimp and fortune cookies.
