I think you mean Champagne, Roger, but yes they certainly will-

Well, I think traditionally they spray Champagne or sparkling wine everywhere-
“But why would they bother when they’ve got such a light, delicious wine available to them that is so crisp and tasty you don’t even need to worry about a food pairing?”
Look we’re getting way off track and we need to talk highlights here in a second, but I don’t think most people in the baseball world think of Riesling when they think baseball drinks. In fact, I bet most people would think of beer of some sort-

2010 Esterlina Cole Ranch Dry Riesling
Dry wet stone aromas that develop into a good amount of floral on the nose. Flavors include crisp bright green apple with a hint of pear - striking note of minerality through the mid palate. Finishes dry, minimal residual sugar on the finish. A Riesling that doesn't call for food in particularly, delicious on its own.
