Galante Vineyards 2010 Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Carmel Valley 750ml 4-Pack

This very limited Sauvignon Blanc is tank fermented and aged for two and a half months in French oak puncheons to add additional body and a slight hint of oak. On the pallet the wine explodes with a wonderful steely, grapefruit flavor and ripe stone fruits. Bright acids and an explosive fragrance round out this refreshing wine.
