2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 750ml

To capture my favorite attributes of Cabernet Sauvignon, I used grapes from two quality vineyards; one located on the valley floor and the other perched on a hillside on the east side of Napa valley.  The pretty, aromatic, cherry end of the cabernet spectrum married to the stuffing and structure that hillside vineyards provide.  Old School House Vineyard east of the town of Napa provides the valley floor component and Snider Vineyard located off of Soda Canyon Road to the northeast of Napa contributes the depth of flavors and structure that hillside vineyards do so well.

Saturated garnet color with purple edges. Ripe Raspberry jam aromas, vanilla, hint of tobacco. Rich, mouth-filling with supple tannins. Good length.
                                                     

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 750ml

To capture my favorite attributes of Cabernet Sauvignon, I blended grapes from two quality vineyards; one located on the valley floor in southeastern Napa Valley and the other perched on a hillside above.  The pretty, aromatic, cherry end of the cabernet spectrum married to the stuffing and structure that hillside vineyards provide.  Old School House Vineyard east of the town of Napa provides the valley floor component and Gloria Vineyard located off of Soda Canyon Road to the northeast of Napa contributes the depth of flavors and structure that hillside vineyards do so well.

Young in appearance, red currants, cocoa, vanilla, very youthful and structured; good sweet core of fruit with good supporting tannins.
                                                     

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 750ml

Beautiful purplish/garnet color, cigar box accents on ripe black fruit: cherries, plums. Medium-full bodied, supple mouthfeel with soft supporting tannin.
