Like, for example, a medium-rare steak marinated in that special sauce from Esteban's steakhouse three miles off of highway 19 with a side of mashed potatoes imported from Ireland.
Or, you know, something simple like fresh-made linguini served al dente topped with a sun-dried tomato sauce cooked on simmer for 17 hours and 20 minutes, accompanied with an anchovy, arugula, and spinach salad, topped with anchovy-less Caesar dressing (because you already have anchovies in the salad).

2008 Esterlina Cole Ranch Reserva Pinot Noir 2-Pack
Pinot Noir grown on the Cole Ranch is distinguished by a deepness and darkness in color and intensity of fruit. The aromas of the 2008 Reserva are dominated by dark cherry, accented by cedar and cocoa and the sweet spiciness of clove. This wine exhibits substantial structure and weight on the mid-palate and length in its finish. Cellar for three to five years to enjoy the more intricate complexities of the aromas that will develop over aging. Would be most delicious served with slow roasted duck napped with a dried cherry reduction to highlight the sweetness of the fruit.
