The California philharmonic concerts at the track are not happening for the foreseeable future. So...

This is at the LA arboretum just across the street from the track. We went last year and enjoyed it. I'll look at dates and organize it.

Indeed but the price to walk through the door is a bit more expensive! But I would still go

Well, if it ended up just being us, we could play delightful music into one of our yards and enjoy the wine and company just as much

Can we define "hippie" here? I might be one...

Considering your obsession with bio-dynamic wines, probably!

You drink green drinks at whole foods, yoga, you want to live in a commune and you're a flat earther or some other tin foil hat conspiracy.

Oh yeah and you think bio dynamic wines are the best!

Nope. We're talking about different types of hippies. But the earth is flat, right? ...guys, right?

Tough one but I say Jersey Boys, that one was a big hit for a long time, and with original cast...

Jersey Boys, with a bullet! Put me down as a "maybe" so my vote counts.

Music-wise, neither are in my preferred zone. But I'm coming for the company not the music.

That said, it looks like we may be already busy on the weekend in July. I can check in on things to see if that's happening should that be the preferred date for the group.

chipgreen, it'd be great to see you!

Either sounds good, and both dates are open. However, the July date might change depending on when we celebrate my great nephew's 2nd birthday!

Let's do the July date since there were no real objections to it and plenty of yes's.

I'll put up an official thread in a bit.

Pile o boxes.
Also drain piping on a home that was just flipped should always be fully cleaned out. Just got done with a full week of plumbing hell.

I'm billing the sellers.
They bought and flipped a house that hasn't been occupied in 15 years. They are a general contractor and describe the home as move in ready.

Well it wasn't move in ready because there was a bunch of construction crap in the drain lines. For example chunks of concrete and rags. It required a hydro jet and scope the main line to see what was going on and then my plumber had to individually snake every drain in the house.

All that said, it's a beautiful home in a great area. (Just a few blocks from Kyle) there isn't much left that is old so I'm hoping this is it for awhile. (Knocks on wood)

Flush the toilet, water comes up in the shower.
Run the washing machine and when it drains it fills the kitchen sink... you get the idea.

On all the houses (etc) I've purchased, the test I did was to fill all tubs and sinks, then drain and flush all at once with all faucets running to see what happens.

Amazing things...

Single story?
Hope it works out for you.
