Looks like the '09 has a solitary positive note on CellarTracker.

This is a fun and serious vertical. Big fan of Laura's wine.

Same here. I still have a set of the '05, '06, '07. Should grab these and have a full 6 year vertical. If only there weren't two visits to CA coming up this summer.

If you like the big fruit forward, very ripe, high alcohol style of Zinfandel, you should definitely consider these. Nice chance to get a vertical.

We visited Zatalia on the 2012 Tour, though I have more vivid impressions of her Cabernets than the Zin.

You are cruel. So cruel.

As ddeuddeg noted, we haz RPM Tour coming up! How can we make room for those purchases when you keep putting up Scott, Peter, & Laura!!!!

On the Zahtila Vineyards website it says to cellar the 2008 until 2013. Does that mean this wine is now peaking and ready to drink or can it still lay down for a while?

Agreed. I too am a big fan of Laura. One of her wine offerings was the very first woot of mine a few years ago, and I've kept coming back ever since then!

Since there is no winery rep in sight I will take a stab at this. I would drink the 08' this year and the 09' the next and so forth. But for a real fun time. Open all three for some wine loving friends later this year and of a vertical tasting.
