Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

Ooh. Am envious.

That said, it was German dinner with beer soaked brats in onion, German potato salad, and sautéed asparagus. And beer, of course.

Turkey burgers and corn in the cob. It tasted extra good since it was grilled and we got to eat outdoors.

Super amazing dinner out at Chef and the Farmer in Eastern NC. The surprising highlight was flash-fried collards. Who knew?

That's not a meal; it's a colon cleanse!

Mine was last night, large charcoal grilled filet mignons, potatoes au gratin, and candied baby carrots, with a bottle of Llano Estacado Cabernet Sauvignon, and buttermilk chess pie for dessert.

Sushi was may favorite meal out this month, with a wonderful white tuna, asparagus yuzu roll being the highlight.

But overall it was a family BBQ of chicken and jalapenos, Mexican street corn, homemade macaroni salad, baked beans and colorful green salad, paired nicely with an assortment of craft brews and enjoyed in the garden. Fresh Watermelon Margs to start it all off!

Baby Back Ribs (from Canada) with some smoke, slow cooked on the grill. Potato Salad, Slaw and Roasted Asparagus (local). We had a local red wine...a Marquette. Not bad for a NY Red Wine...not good for a Red Wine.
