“In the entire world there are only a few sounds that bring joy to all but the most jaded. One is the murmur of a kitten purring. Another is the thwack of a well-pitched baseball hitting a perfectly swung bat. And the third is the pop of a cork being pulled from a bottle of wine.” —George Taber

I'm not familiar with these wines, but I'm a member of a Coombsville winery and love it. It's a cooler area in Napa, so it shouldn't be a fruit bomb.

Could we get some more specs on the 2010 Coombsville?

Also, is there any info available on the blend? Are they 100% cabernet?

Is it broke or just fractured?

Producer website doesn't add much either, other than they also do an assortment of PN and other variatels under Reata and Light Horse branding.
Looks like the woot tie-in may be Bill Leigon, most recently serving for 12 years as President of Hahn Family Wines. Leigon is an industry innovator and visionary, having pioneered the use of the Internet and social media to build and market Hahn Family Wine brands, leading to increased international recognition. Leigon successfully introduced Cycles Gladiator, an everyday wine, which followed the groundbreaking success of HRM Rex Goliath, which was successfully sold by Hahn to Constellation Brands.
Looks like winemaker Dana Epperson moved here from assistant winemaker at Artesa.

Still, doesn't tell us much about the wines. Hopefully one of them may join in to enlighten a bit.

without a 1st person or winery comment, it's a pass for me, sounds good, but need some 1st hand comments.

There are some rumblings online about the 2011 but can't really find anything on the 2010. Invino is actually offering the 2011 right now and there is some additional information there. Those in the San Diego area may be interested in this.

My apologies! I have been out on the road all day. The wines are tasting phenomenal! The Double Lariat received Double Gold at the San Fran Wine Competition and 90 points from Tasting Panel. Dana, our winemaker, was able to get on and leave a voicemail as well! I hope it's not too late to chime in but I promise you won't be disappointed. They both taste amazing with Rib Eye or another big beef. If you taste them or decide to try them please let us know!

With respect, this is not the kind of information about the wines posters have been asking, it's just unsupported touting.

Pull lots of corks!
Remember what you taste!
