Scotch- Picky- 12 to 20yo single malt.
Beer- Picky- Microbrew IPA, Porter, Stout, Good German import, etc...
Tequila- 100% Blue aguave Reposado or Anejo.
Coffee- Picky- Roast & grind my own. Costa Rican, Columbian, Guat, Panamanian, etc...
Wine- Ehhhhh, not really a wine drinker. I try different ones sometimes, like some Washington state wines...

I only drink 3 things:
Wine - I'm a wine wooter. Picky.
Beer - same, but I don't go for the over-hopped brews that so many are making these days.
Water - only the finest vintage waters for me. Straight from the tap, unrefrigerated.
