Alabama,* Alaska,* California,* Colorado,* Connecticut, The District of Columbia, Florida,* Georgia,* Hawaii,* Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey,* New Mexico,* New York, North Carolina,* Oregon,* Rhode Island, South Carolina,* Tennessee,* Vermont, Virginia* and Wisconsin.*
In Arizona* and Minnesota, first cousins can marry if one or both are sterile.
If your state's not on the list, you're out of luck...
