Tax? This is the first time I have seen tax on a woot purchase. What gives?

Is this because it is shipping from Washington, or is this a new Woot thing?

What exactly are we trying to figure out and why?

I had the opportunity to try this on Friday night with some fellow wooters. A couple of us took some "formal" notes so I thought I would post what we thought.

Upon opening, the main aromas were fruit and oak. On the palate, we were hit with the oak, spiciness and also some pomegranate and cranberry tones. We knew this was going to need to be open a while.

After it had been opened for an hour or two, we noticed less oak and could get more of the dark fruits.

Overall most of us really enjoyed this wine and wanted more after the bottle was gone!
