Late to the show, now that it's sold out, but just to reassure anyone who bought it, I had a bottle a few nights ago, from the last offering.
So, this will be a simple note... this is my first official tasting notes post, so it's brief and not super informative...
Anyway... It started out a little bright, but as it breathed (and I got tipsy) it just kept getting better and better. By the second half it was delicious. Coated the mouth with a nice velvety feel. The brightness (don't know how else to refer to it) really fell off completely, and it came down to where I like pinots. It finished not quite but almost smokey.
These may be inaccurate - I live alone, and the dog doesn't drink either, so memory could be fuzzy.
