The box of candy I got from Woot last time was gritty and grainy, and not very good at all. I contacted Le Caramel directly, and they actually sent me a replacement box which was massively better - the difference was night and day. The replacement candies were rich, smooth, and delicious...my wife guessed that perhaps the original box got too hot or too cold in shipping and that killed the consistency of the candies? Either way, Le Caramel made it right for me.
