I had the 2010, tasted corked to me tho
Phew, already have a couple bottles each of the 2010 Potty Mouth and 2009 River of Skulls. I can (and must) pass on this. WD, I hope the Braganini isn't up this woot-off. No room!
Was a member of their wine club for about a year, and had the privilege to share all of these wines with friends! tempted to go in even though I have a few laying around still (this price is TWICE as good as club discount)
Very tempted but have no room for these and more importantly no money.

So... good? Bad?... edited: never mind wooted 2
OK. Now that we know some of you either have it or have tasted it, what are the reviews please? We love Rhone blends so very interested if these are worthy of breaking the SIWBM.

I have had past vintages of the potty mouth and found it to be a very good GSM. Never tried river of skulls but have always wanted to given how interesting Mourvèdre is and the rave reviews RoS gets on the back boards
I live in murphys where this winery is located, at least their tasting room. I know the wine maker. These reds are superb. Especially the 2009,surprised they have any left to sell here. The river of skulls is a deep, suck your face and doesnt let go red. You will not be disappointed. chris
In.. love the other Twisted Oaks we have tried. What's up with tax being tacked on? That seems new.
Shouldn't spend the money but I am very tempted.....
off-topic: weird, if I post the letter "n 0 0 b" all strung together (no space) instead of a geeky way to say "newbie" it displays "average bear" in this forum? what gives? testing: n0-0b, n0_0b, average bear, average bear (the third and fourth thing I wrote is "no-ob" or "n0-0b" without the "-")
We were at the winery up on the hill on the weekend. Had a lovely picnic with friends looking out over valley (and could still see the snow on the mountains in the distance). I've always enjoyed the 2009 Potty Mouth - dig the blueberry I get up front (although I normally prefer the Scott Harvey old world style). The 2010 struck me as different - person doing the tasting describe it as more balanced - with less fruit up front. River of Skulls is always a wine club member favorite - normally a quick sell out. Said hello to Jeff down at the other tasting room in Murphys earlier in the day for the Irish Days parade. Fun day - the friends we visited the winery with signed up for the wine club - fun place to taste with normally 8-10 wines to sample. I'm in for 3.

woot has an automatic word filter that inserts alternate words for anything inappropriate or trite.
