Thanks for the thought. Exciting day for the Blink's. The mother of the pi guy just started a new job and the new company celebrates pi day. Nothing like pi to the infinity. Plus friends at her old job sent her pies as well. All good on the pi front.
Edit: That big old pi looks pretty good as the first post of the page.

I just gained 8lbs contemplating this.

Having a great time in Québec! Kids are wonderful! Weather is great! Damn cold but great! A bunch of them are out at the Red Bull Crash Ice skating Tour--with two of the other teachers. Two of us are here at the hotel. Ah!

Two sick kids.
One started to up chuck early this morning & developed a rash on his neck, chest & back. A couple of Benadryl-type product took care of it. Moms were called and boys are resting quietly. I'm concerned about dehydration. Got some ginger ale & saltines for them. If they feel better, the bus will come back for us. In the meantime. I had a nice quiet breakfast overlooking the lower town & the Laurentian Mountains with ski slopes in the distance. Another beautiful day in Québec! 12 degrees at wake up, now 16 with a windchill of 1 degree! Lovin it!

TeeHee! I have my weatherbug app set for degrees Celsius. The numbers wouldn't mean too much to our kids. Although the negative temps might get their attention!
Just went to check on the boys. They must be dead asleep! I've tried two different times about 20 min apart & no answer!

So my friend is bringing over some Pinot Noir tonight and it's not something I drink often because I just don't. What the hell am I gonna have with it? I'm not cooking, no mood. I've got two different good pizza joints available down the street, a burger joint down the street and a place that serves South American food. My stomach says "SOUTH AMERICA!" but what pairs best with Pinot out of the possible choices.

Heavenly.
Oh, and Jack Daniels glazed corned beef for dinner.
I want some please!

Carp! My wifi timed out! Just posted & it's gone! Another one bit the dust. Stuck at hotel for the evening. The two boys were good to go to the sugar shack. Time for me to catch 20 before the crew gets back!
I did have a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and may be able to recoup some of the cost since breakfast & dinner were included in today's activities.
