Ive just started writing my own notes. After doing so I will compare them to the vintners notes as well as any public notes on CT. Its a good learning tool in not only how to dissect a wine, but also associating certain traits to the descriptions other people give. It helps knowing what you like if you plan on shopping for new brands.

I'm interested in the way of removing labels without destroying them if you wouldn't mind sharing. I have a lot of bottles sitting around and I'd like to pull the labels off most and save just those.
