Decided to open this up on a rainy Saturday eve. Light straw color. Citrusy nose; dare I say citrus blossom? Flavors of green apple and pineapple with a mineral thread underneath. Just off-dry- a light sweetness cut by bright acidity. The wine has a nice viscosity to it and a lingering finish. It's kinda yummy y'all.
Not sure how it will pair with the caprese salad and open-faced chicken & gravy sandwiches I'm about to get into, but what the hey...
