I sure wish this had come up after I received the order they just shipped. I know I'm going to hate myself for not getting more, but I have to try them before I throw down another $30 for (in my best Forrest Gump voice) a box of chocolates.

Ignore the fact that you haven't tried them yet. If you think you will finish the other box within a month, go ahead and order another box or you will hate yourself.

Oh, excellent! When the salted caramels were offered I didn't get them. However we've had these before and LOVED them....even though I'm not a caramel fan.

These things are fantastic. The box is large - beware, lest you become so too!

Do these pair with wine? If so, what varietal? Thanks

Dark chocolate is amazing with a good Cabernet
Milk chocolate and Carmel is excellent with bare skin and what ever wine got you both nekkid

Most reds, but I find Cab or a good Port go exceptionally well.

These do look mighty tempting.

These are excellent! Less weight than the regular caramels (27oz. vs 32oz.) and for a higher price, but they are soooo good. Makes the regular, very yummy, caramels seem plain.

Port sounds like a nice pairing, but I like to serve these with a good cognac. The cognac knows exactly what to do with that salt.

If I hadn't just bought three boxes the last time they were up, I'd be all over this deal.

I believe it's one 27oz box. Last time it was one box split into two halves: half dark and half milk chocolate.

BTW, these are outstanding. I actually prefer these over the fleur de sel salted caramels everyone raves about.
