Our Sapphire Hill Pinot is classic Russian River Valley with bright cherries on the front and lush blackberries and a velvet vanilla finish. Aged in French Oak for 15 months. Magnums are always a party favorite!

We recommend vintage date plus. 5 as the optimal time to drink our Pinot Magnums. But the 2010 is really tasting nice now -we bottled unfiltered and that allows more flavors and the wine shows better earlier. Overall you can age this wine 15 years but it is not necessary.
