I received only one coaster in a box clearly meant to hold two of them. Per Woot CS, parties involved are aware of problem and are sending another one (which I have yet to receive).

The same happened to me. I have been unable to submit a support ticket through the website because it says my email address (and all of my other backup email addresses) are invalid. I hope to hear from Woot CS that another coaster is on its way to me as well. Thanks!

My coaster is very lonely as well. I haven't heard anything from Woot. Hmmmmm. Makes me think twice.
