I'm going out tomorrow, so it won't be then. I'm thinking Saturday, but I am making a giant pot of Chili on Saturday.

Does PS pair well with Chili? Maybe the Tannat?

PS & Tannat usually are big, so they need meat. Lots of meat.

Yup. The Tannat is one of the best side dishes for a good ribeye I've ever tasted. In for 2. Would be 3, but Xmas presents need buying.

Ursa turned me on to PS. And an un-oaked Tannat (not Ursa) is one of the only red wines I have successfully paired with Thai food. I really want this but my bank account is screaming for some relief.

I like to talk about wine, but I'd rather drink it.

The 08 is a little more of a teeth stainer. The 07 is a little softer but still a big wine.
