I personally wish everyone knew that I only like red wine. I keep getting white for gifts, and currently have six bottles in the fridge. I tried bringing it to parties, but then those people assumed I liked it... and gave me more for gifts. Now I use it for cooking... and you can only add it to so many things.

The list of bad wines is more important than a list of good ones. Have you ever paid more than you should for a wine, saved it for a fine meal with friends and been profoundly disappointed? And then to make things worse, the wine sucked too?
