I love Pho, but I'm not sure I would consider it a "soup". It is more of a meal in a broth.

Although I don't have it often, beer cheese soup is probably my favorite.

12 bean soup OR Black Bean soup. Just make sure you rinse off the beans before cooking otherwise you will toot toot toot.

Hands down Tomato is the best. Dip a grilled cheese in that and yummmmmmm. That sounds like a really good dinner actually.
