The amount of alcohol is not measurable. Pretty muchh none, if any. They usually just put the type of grapes that make that kind of wine into these oils. There are six different kinds. Alcohol burns off while cooking. Hence why "avoid heat" or some words similar are listed on a lot of alcohol bottles.
