The plan is for me to have a birthday party with a theme of Roaring 20's to Golden Age of Hollywood on August 11th.

Aside from that I was thinking about a more serious wine-tasting on either the 4th or the 18th. I can do a Corison vertical 1990-x?, depending on how many people show up. And as a couple people saw at the last tasting Sparky did, I've laid up some Madeira's for a year ending in '2'.

So which weekend will work better for the "RPM memorial wine-tasting"?

Mom's 89th bday is the 4th, so I can only make it on the 18th.

I hope to have a vehicle and be able to come for either of those dates. As of right now both those dates are fine.

Lakewood, off the 605 freeway. So about another 20 to 30 minutes up from our Irvine Wine Lockers. But well worth the trip.

Yes, the 11th is my birthday party. I think that due to Sparky's whirlwind social life, this tasting will end up on the 25th.

I'll start a separate thread for this Saturday.

Recently contacted another wooter locally so we can do splitz. I'll see if he's interested, but three is a pretty exclusive gathering.

I think due to the low attendance, we're postponing it to the next Sat. So you should be able to swing by Tim's after you finish your locker.

I also opened a 2004 LH Pinot Blanc (Shadow Canyon). TB opened a 1962 Madeira.
