Its not woot anymore.

Want to like it, but... change usually foreshadows more change, and more, and ultimately downhill. No particular objections to the new layout, but like the Cheezburger network, the symptoms are there.

I think it is too early to tell. Right now I just don't like that I have to figure out where everything is.

The current Plus deals are a little pricey for me. I won't need those if that is where the price point will be.

Overall look is an improvement.

And the I clicked on "stuff you bought" after making the above comment, and got another SERVER ERROR!!

I don't like having to click to get more detail, but I do like the layout of detail once you get there.

Don't like the scrolling comments. (unnecessary movement) [And but, I found if I turn javascrapt off -- which is typical for me -- the scrolling stops!! yay!!]

Need comments on the Woot Plus. Unless I know a wine or see positive comments about it, I'm not likely to buy. Given how busy my typical day is, I'm not likely to spend time searching on the web for comments, so for me, having the Plus wines without comments is waste of space.

I do like the "tabs" at the top to quickly see the other woot sites. Like the font.

And I'll echo someone else's comment about the missing "logout" button. I'm guessing I can accomplish the same thing by clicking "not you?", but annoying none the less to not have a standard "log out" option.

I wanted to comment on a wine I bought a month or so ago. The previous setup made it easy to see your purchases, and then click to right of it to comment, blog, etc.
Those links next to your purchases are gone now.

Congratulations. You have just joined the ranks of EVERY OTHER commercial site on the internet. You took something unique and different, and turned it into JUST ANOTHER deal of the day site. There are tons of deal of the day sites.

I agree. I often want to go back and look at older purchases, especially wine for comments about aging, decanting, etc. I like the aggregation of stuff I bought, but would like the option of filtering by a particular Woot site (e.g. Wine, Kids...). I like the open orders list a lot.

It really does just look like every other deal-a-day site out there - loud like a car salesman. The beauty of Woot.com was the simplicity. You don't need to put on clean pants & shave - we liked you the way you were and we still introduced you to our little sisters.

Put the discussion/blog links back with purchase history. Way too much drilling down to find them the way it is now formatted.

The new site design is the BIGGEST Bunch of Change of all time. It is TOO cluttered, to bust, and has way too much crappy outside advertisement. I can't find anything. Woot has turned into a $2 advertising whore site. It is no longer an enjoyable site to visit. Put it back the way it was. You should have spent all that redesign money on upgrading your servers so they don't freeze every time you have a Bunch of Change during a WOOT-OFF.

Seems woot is still having issues with shipment and tracking. Got my Page shipment Friday, but it's not yet been shipped.
Did they forget they shipped and I get two more?

Remember how you hear everyone talk about how much easier everything was before? Well that applies here as well. woot used to be so simple and was one of the reasons I choose to do business here. What is to be gained by this change? Do we really need more to make simple purchases that are appealing in the simplest form? Please don't become the "Jone's" as they never get ahead only more in debt.

MUST have a discussion forum for Woot Plus. That's what makes Woot Wine great....the ability to discuss with other wooters on the deal.

Normally, I am uncomfortable with change. Especially when I can see no reason for it. This change is no different. I have enough to do. However, I suppose I will get used to it.

I do think it is a bad idea to make it so easy to cancel an order before it ships. That is gonna be a problem for you guys.

I really wish the price paid wasn't so visible on the wine I have purchased. Makes me feel really guilty. The info is good to be able to access, but gee....can't we just put it somewhere else? I like that page though. But I would just as soon forget how much money I have spent.

I liked the oval "Buy" button better.

I think trying to sell everything all at once on one page makes that page too ordinary. And not having a discussion thread for the Plus wines will keep uneducated people like me from buying. I have to be able to read some thoughts others have before I can decide. What I do know about wine, I learned here. I have not graduated yet. I still need guidance. I think that was the original reason I got addicted to wine woot....I could learn something.

All in all....it's gonna be ok I guess. A pain at first, but so is everything else. Just try buying a new camera.

Ugh. Just because your owned by amazon now I guess it was inevitable that some hack would feel the need to redo the site. Seriously woot was all about reductive design and simplicity. You ruined that with this overly complicated and overy designed site. Shame.

This will likely make me stop using woot. It's no longer quick and straightforward, and too cluttered- just like every other deals site.

I liked woot! because it allowed you to decide at a glance if you wanted to investigate more, or go on to the next website. Now that it would be a significant time investment, it's not worth my time.

I like that I can see my purchase history for all of the sites together, and if the $5 "all you can ship" deal lasts until the next woot-off I will be a fan of that. Also, the fact that hovering over the links in the top menu bar gives a bigger picture of what the other sites are offering. That's about all I see so far that I like.

As many other people have said, the write up is the best part, and I don't like having to click through to another page to see it. I also don't like that it takes more clicks than before to get to the discussions for previous purchases. And while I can see how some people may be thrilled at the ability to link their Amazon account, I'd prefer not to be reminded of the corporate takeover of woot. (Though with all the change that has occurred since that, it's hard not to be.)

Agreed. I checked in to comment and answer questions, and - no discussion thread. Do we end up doing it here, on a user created thread?

Upper right corner where it says "Hi, feraciti"...click on the "(not you?)" and it will log you out.

Do not like the new woot at all. It is cluttered, over-busy, and not as clearly informative as the old woot.

I want to like the new UI - there are a lot of aspects that make it more mainstreamed. I enjoy the Woot plus on every page.... but there are SO many adds now clogging everything! It's TOO busy! You guys don't need to have so many adds. Clean it up some and it will be perfect.

The side deals and the $5 all you can ship (especially to the hot high desert) are wonderful.

I really like the menu at the top for the different woots.

But the website doesn't seem to size right unless the window is completely stretched out. When I have a square window, the text runs right up against the side which looks really bad. When it's stretched out across the whole screen (16x10), it looks great though.
