When my guests complain that the wine I serve is 'too heavy'. I'll say 'I have something here that will "lighten" it up'.

you'd have to be pouring wine in the complete dark for this to make sense. damn. why is this even a product? even with very minimal lighting i can successfully pour my wine.

Does this work as a stopper also? I need a new stopper/ corker for opened bottles.

If it's dark enough to need this item, I probably shouldn't be drinking; guaranteed I will end up spilling the entire glass when I can't see where to put it down.

If you need a light to pour your wine, how are you going to find your wineglass to drink your wine? Better solution: If you are drinking in the dark, just drink from the bottle! No one can see you anyway.

If it is that dark out then no one will be able to see you just drinking from the bottle anyway.

I'm pretty sure that if you pull this out during any romantic occasion, it will stop being romantic really fast.

I use a cane to walk with and would have liked to try one of these gadgets.

Just in case anyone checks... it sounds like there was a mixup in shipping. I only got one instead of two. The wonderful customer service folks checked and said the vendor is working on fixing the problem. It sounded like I wasn't the only one to get half an order.
