I'm not sure it will get better, but it's not going anywhere. That being said, it's going to be hard to not pull another one out really soon.

Tallulah 2009 Syrah Stagecoach Vineyard
Dense dark, black fruits, blackberries, mild pencil led, cocoa, long finish. Very lush. 2009 and it is drinking great right now.
Tallulah keps winning me over with their wines.
$20 on WTSO which seems like a steal for this wine. Hopefully we'll see this one up on Woot. I'm tempted to pop an Epiphany Stagecoach Syrah tomorrow and have a vineyard showdown.

A CdR with chicken pot pie. I'll choose which one when I get home in 45 minutes.

Meh. Not bad for the price. Not a re-up, though. Crowd-pleasing wine. Now, the Xavier was phenomenal. That's my benchmark for CdR this year. My CT says I have one left, but I'm not sure. I hope so...

I really liked that wine, but only one of my three bottles wasn't cooked.

Good to know it's coming into its own. Tyger, I have one of these for you plus another surprise wine when you get the Carlisle.

I like it, but the 2011 kills it. I'm glad I had 3 and I'm content with having had my 3.

2009 Scott Harvey Zinfandel Old Vine Reserve
This is so well done. Elegant, sweet (not sugar, but fruit). Has a front- and mid-palate and a finish. Went great with Boursin-stuffed chicken. I have one bottle left.
