I have been dormant for a little while, however tonight is:
2004 Louis Jadot Santenay Clos de Malte with some citrus peppered salmon.
This chardonnay is on the tail end of its drinking window, however it paired nicely with the fish. It is a crisp chard that is not buttery at all. I wasn't in the mood for a dry Riesling, so it worked out well.

Going to open 07 la Dulce vida petit verdot from Olympic winery...one of my favorite blend varietals and only the second time I've had it as a stand alone...very excited to open it up.
