I might be more jealous of that than the first growths I love the Monte Bello - opened a 2000 a while back and really really wished it wasn't north of $100/bottle.

2010 Inspiration Vineyards Russian River Valley Pinot Noir., from the April 15 offer here.

I get all the "Burgundian style" comments on this, but personally I thought it was just advanced for a four year old wine. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed it with a little hickory smoked chicken, but not sure I'd want to hang on to these.
My first pinot from him, so no reference point.

I think its really nice. Especially if you like your scotches with a bit of smoke/peat. I picked one up for $43 and it is the best QPR on whiskey I think I have ever had. I have been going back periodically and buying a couple bottles at a time, in case it gets scarce. I think I'm up to 5 bottles at the house.

Yes. I recommend drinking within a couple hours of opening though and not decanting (unless for sediment and near term consumption). Day 2 it tends to get thing and shows a bit more alcohol. At the $10 we paid we are going to be opening them up regularly over the next few months and saving only a few for down the road.

I did that with the Willett Single Barrel Rye. I've got 2 on reserve and 1 with about 30% remaining.

Interesting; didn't decant or venturi, but liked the evolution over several hours doing the slo-ox in the bottle.
With Ar it was fine four days later, but I don't know how it lasted that long; just other bottles open...
A rockin' bottle for $10 imo.
Still plenty of fruit, for me, and nicely balanced. Just too easy to quaff, and worked really well with some dark salted chocolate.
Shoulda' got more; right, and put it where?

Haven't had that one yet. Definitely like rye... but haven't ventured much from the rittenhouse and whistle pig. I will add that to my list on the next trip.

Edit: looked a bit online at the Willett website. Can only find one rye, the family estate. Is that the bottling you are referring to?

No, it's widely available down here, but K&L has the best price - everybody else is $5 more. Here's the link. They're discontinuing this particular program, I think, which might be why it's not on the website.
