The California Blend is a super versatile extra virgin olive oil. I've used it on grilled fish, grilled veggies (especially spring asparagus), and of course, with salads. The Pom Vinegar combined with the California Blend make a great salad dressing.

At 250 ml per bottle, even with four bottles total, you're only getting roughly four cups of liquid. I know - it's fancy liquid! - but still!

Balsamic Vinegar is aged in barrels for a number of years, going through a reductive process that makes the end product concentrated and sweet. Pomegranate Vinegar is a fruit vinegar, with a white wine base. No oak overtones, just fruitiness and standard acid without the sweetness (except what is inferred from the fruit).

No ingredient lists and no mention of cold pressed for the oil. You can buy the very best organic first cold pressed EVOO for that price if I'm not mistaken.

Olive oil only contains olive oil pressed from olives. That's it. In order to be certified EVOO (we are!) it has to be cold pressed. For this price it is very difficult to find any EVOO. I've been looking for 14 years! Our olives are from Sonoma and Tehama counties. The Pomegrante Vinegar is a white wine vinegar with pomegranate juice added.
