Cool, airfare looks a little pricey on return trip, but definitely looking at it. Anyone else coming besides the mommadebs? Imagine making it down?

The FedEx office I get deliveries to is the greatest. Not only do they accept FedEx deliveries for me, they also accept UPS, GSO and an occasional DHL. Wouldn't trade them for the world. They average getting about one bottle per case of deliveries, and sometimes they even get their choice, subject to approval of course. I know them all by name, and they me. Phone calls generally upon delivery, unless I've already told them I'm expecting something via email.

I don't think I'm going to make it this time - however plans could change, it's still 2 months away.

i've not looked at my summer travels past july but if i'd love to make it to the awards dinner... sometimes.... just have to remind myself to stay sober next time i'm in vegas...

Has anyone stayed at the Orleans hotel? How far off the strip is it? Is it nice?

Never stayed, it's a short car ride from strip but I wouldn't want to walk across the highway bridge. Apparently free shuttles but to where I'm not sure. Seems like a good value with that rate. Check the palms and rio though, they're also on that side of the highway. I'll be at the palms if i go but it's casino deal, I can check friends rate if you're interested and tell me dates.

thanks, we are trying to decide if we are renting a car for this trip.. Right now we found a deal for the PH towers... (I know its not PH anymore) We are coming in friday the 17 and leaving monday 19th.. if you get a chance to check rates... thanks!

just wanted to add that i brought a bottle of this year's blend to NY #20 and it was very well received. good for BBQs, good for grilled chicken. many noted that the nose is very interesting and that it's easy drinking... i think HAK noted that while it's not going to go far, it is tasting better than at bottling or even a few weeks back.

Eh so we have a trial the week before and some other stuff around then, hard for me to make plans at this point

Shared my first bottle with a friend last night. We do nice work!!! Our complements to all the crushers and bottlers. Many thanks to sanity for keeping this project going!

Now to find the paint pen and label my bottles...
