Woohoo! Only got two, because my mom requested that I not give her any more - she scarfs down a whole tin in about two days. I have been hanging on to my last tin for dear life. Now I can open it.

i was skeptical last time.... but bought on the high praises on wine.woot... and

not only do my non-sweets-loving friends love this stuff...
my mom pretty much finished the whole pound of toffee over xmas break...

in for as much as i can get....

Don't hate on me as I know this stuff is akin to holy water around here - but, while delicious, I don't know that the toffee is worth the price...

...err, screw it - it's tasty stuff and you're probably not going to find anything better for $30 in a local store!

This stuff is good, but I can't bring myself to pay this much for it. My mom has a recipe for toffee and it tastes almost exactly the same and it costs a lot less to make!

If I didn't still have a freezer full from the last Woot-off, I'd be all over this! Well, that and the whole post-holiday diet thing (which means I can't even touch what's in the freezer right now). Yum!

This stuff is yummy...although I preferred the popcorn. Very sweet and really made to eat within a couple of days. The shipping was really fast as well.

Just ate some of this last night with my last 2006 bottle of Buono Rosso (bought more yesterday) was wondering if it would make the woot off. Good stuff

I've ordered these two or three times now. I still have a box of the toffee and a bag of the toppers stashed away...it's like crack, and completely worth the money. Check out their website...it costs a lot more to buy it directly from Brandini, and I PROMISE it's every bit as delicious from wine.woot!

Martha Stewart's website has the actual Brandini Toffee recipe (supplied by them). I made it last month and it was just as good.

If Woot would ship to an APO I would be in for 3.

In for 2. My husband may kill me... but I make really good toffee (so people tell me), and I have to compare. Yeah, that's it... I need to compare this to mine. It's research.

With regard to price, quality toffee ingredients aren't cheap. This seems reasonable to me.

Unless you enjoy making a mess of your kitchen as much as trippingchristy, just hit the button. You will like this. If you need a present to give to an associate at work, you can give the box and keep the rest. If a bigger gift is required, order more of this and give 2 tins, 2 boxes, one of each or something like that, but be sure to keep something for you as a reward.

Bought some the last time, tried not to buy more this time, gave up and am in for 2. Someone compared this stuff to crack and I agree, it's addictive and soooooo good! Made with only four lovely ingredients: butter, sugar, dark chocolate and almonds. I was looking at the ingredients of another 'high end' toffee and I went cross-eyed with all the big words I saw.

I've had a lot of toffee in my life and this is the best I've ever had, although I haven't eaten the toffee made from a recipe of anyone's mother or grandmother on this board, so I admit there are limits to my recommendation. :o)

If only I could justify dropping 35 bucks on this stuff I would! To those of you on the fence with this do yourself a favor and buy two. It is without a doubt the best toffee I've ever had and the popcorn is ADDICTIVE!!!!!

My kids recently found my stash and now I find myself eating more than my one (or two if they are small!) daily allotment...that's of course in case they find my new hiding place!
This stuff is so good. Only try one this time if you are at all skeptical!

i have never had better toffee. ever. when i finished this up last time around, i went through withdrawals trying to find a toffee locally that was as good, and i failed. this time, i'm buying 2, haha.

This is true... it is not a messy job. The ingredients are simple, you can find the same list of ingredients in almost every toffee recipe. It's all in the technique.

Not sure how the popcorn will hold up, but the toffee will be fine in May.

I got this for my wife for christmas and she loved it. Now, she's getting it for valentines. Bless you woot, bless you brandini, bless you all! I hope it comes up again before May (anniversary) or June (birthday)!
