The problem is having it on hand makes it everyday balsamic! Then I go looking for even more esoteric vinegars and soon I'll need a vinegar cooler and on and and.... Oh woot what have you done?!

I can't speak to the "qualifty" of this vinegar; but by cooler I meant cellar temp perfect for storing wine, vinegar, possibly cheese, or salami
