Same here. I just got off the phone with FedEx and they said that a label was generated but was not called for pick up.So the wine is just sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

Same for me - notified on 8th, shipping label generated, Fedex say they have not been asked to schedule pickup.

Have emailed WineCountryConnect (shipper)

Also my son-in-law has not received an email about his case yet...

oh well, back to the cellar to find something else to try

Also had arranged to be at home for delivery tomorrow, but guess that won't happen...

Same for me. I just called FedEx and they verified the package has not shipped. I sent service@woot.com an e-mail but I got only got a generic reply.

Looks like Woot may need to start issuing some refunds.

Not to worry. All of this is standard wine.woot shipping. From the wine.woot FAQ:

How long is shipment going to take?
You should get your wine in 2-3 weeks, often sooner. We know the wait is kind of a drag. But it’s still gonna taste good (maybe even better), and since we leave it to the wineries to get the wine to you, you can count on their experience to send their wine using their expert methodologies.

In addition, summer shipping tends to be even more erratic, as shipments will often be delayed if there is a severe heat wave - despite the use of refrigerated trucks).

I just received mine just minutes ago. What a good start to the day!

I got the 2005. Is there anyone in the East Bay or Santa Barbara who would like to trade for two 2006 bottles?

Mine's still not even picked up, but I'm not worried. It'll arrive eventually...

Got mine today! Was worried because I Wooted before I realized my state was not even on the list. It typically is, so I had not checked. Assumed they would just issue a refund, but instead I got a Fed Ex tracking number a week ago. Since then there were no updates on the Fed Ex site beyond the initial "sent information for pick-up."

The wine showed up this afternoon. I am doing the happy dance.

might as well keep the agony going - I missed this deal by <4 minutes after pondering the offer in the 6am hour, so some of us are drinking vicariously through you guys (unless anyone in the NW Chicago burbs wants to unload a couple of glass vessels...). So let us know what we missed, and at this point, don't hesitate to rub it in...

Are you in the Cleveland area? I ordered a case of this as well if you want to split vintages on the random bottles if we end up with different years. Let me know and we can sort it out if you're interested

Actually, I'm down near Dayton/Cincy and have a group of 3-4 down this way considering a wine swap.

However, looks like you have a friend up that way...

Mine came this morning in Texas as well, and I got the 2006 as my randomized selection.

Happy to see it was packed in styrofoam for summer shipping unlike recent Woot case purchases. No freezer gels included though.

I got the 2006 and would be willing to swap two bottles. I am in Mtn View. Where in the East Bay are you? I'll be in the Fremont area tomorrow (Thurs) if that's close to you.

My case arrived today, with the 2006 as the random selection. Note to those who are still waiting - my shipping label had a small handwritten "2006" on the label...hint hint..

Just popped a cork on the 2004. Excellent value, nicely spicy, peppery notes with cherry and vanilla, a nice but not overpowering finish.

Very sorry I did not buy several cases! Enjoy.

Had a bottle of the '03 last night and if the other vintages are as good this is probably without a doubt the best bang for the buck I have ever got from a wine woot and that covers a lot of wine.

Today 06/16/2011 AT 2PM
my dozen arrived with 05.
Around 6PM, random client came to my office. Took out a bottle of 03, noticed shiny crystal cork bottom.

Pardon me for the cliff note version.

Nose: Gracious ripe black berry.

Taste: Mild nut, tangy, decent kick and muted fruit notes.

Yet again I was with client so weren't able to go crazy BUT...

bottom line,

One more gargleblaster I'm glad I caught this on time.

Did you find someone willing to split the 2005/2006? I live in Mason, south of Lansing and received my case today with 4 of the 2005's. This is my first wine.woot and I'll give the 2006's a chance if you are still looking.
