I can't wait to savor these with a nice hearty red wine like a cab or maybe a chambourcin. Especially like the dark chocolates with a dry red wine.
Yum to the max. And the touch of salt is genius with a carmel. Can't wait to partake.
Speaking of chambourcin, has woot ever offered my favorite varietal???

Any ideas on how long I can store this in a closet, waiting for the right person to impress? ;)
Worst case, if you haven't found love in 6 months or so, nuke them for a few moments and you'll have a kick-ass caramel chocolate sauce. Of course you can line them up outside like a breadcrumb trail to your front door. It might lead the love of your life to you, or a rabid squirrel.
BTW - I'm in for one.

I dunno, I mean, I can probably throw harder than you, so even if you threw first I'm pretty sure I could make these surpass those.

Huh, to each their own. I like to melt my tear chocolate and dip my non dolphin safe tuna in it. Gets kinda messy though, so I make sure to have my napkin made from Northern Spotted Owl feathers handy.
